Memoricola Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Overview
Memoricola is a score recording app for board games. The app is designed to store game records on the user's device by default.
Information handled by the app
- Game titles, player names, scores, rankings, and board photos entered by the user.
- Files selected by the user when importing shared records.
- Share codes and shared record files created by the user.
Local storage
Game records and selected board photos are stored locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to share them.
Sharing
When the user chooses file sharing, the app creates a .agricoladata file and passes it to the operating system sharing sheet.
When the user chooses code or QR sharing, the app uploads the generated .agricoladata file to Memoricola's temporary sharing service at agricola-app.net. Shared files are available to people who know the generated share code or link and are intended to expire after 3 days.
Ads and third-party services
The Android version does not show ads. The iOS version may use Google AdMob for banner ads. QR/code sharing uses Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare KV, and Cloudflare R2 to temporarily store and deliver shared files.
